Privacy Policy

Hancock Digital Design, LLC runs AI Simplicity Blueprint. This page says what we collect when you visit or buy, and which companies handle it for us.

What we collect

  • Your email address, which you give us at checkout.
  • Purchase records: what you bought, when, the amount, and the sales tax charged.
  • Checkout details for ad measurement: your IP address and browser user agent, stored with your checkout, plus the ad click identifiers your browser sends us if you arrived from an ad. We keep these for 30 days.
  • A sign-in cookie if you sign in to download your files.
  • Meta Pixel data, when the Pixel is turned on. It runs on every page of this site, including for visitors who never buy, and reports page views to Meta. It uses the _fbp and _fbc cookies, and we keep the ad click identifier (fbclid) from your visit in your browser's session storage so it can be sent along if you check out.

We don't see or store your full card number. Stripe handles it.

Who handles your information

  • Stripe processes your payment, holds your saved payment method, calculates sales tax, and sends receipts.
  • Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps our purchase records, including the checkout details described above.
  • Resend sends our transactional email, such as your download link.
  • MailerLite sends our marketing email. Every buyer is added to our list, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Meta (the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API) helps us measure our ads. We send Meta your email address in hashed form, your IP address, your browser user agent, and ad click identifiers.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy that covers how it uses information.

How we use it

To take your payment, deliver your purchase, sign you in, send you email, measure our advertising, and answer your questions.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message. Receipts and download links are not marketing and still reach you.
  • Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing support@aisimplicityblueprint.com. We may keep records we are required to keep, such as tax and payment records.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We don't sell your personal information for money. We do send information to Meta, as described above, to measure our ads, and some state laws call that "sharing." To opt out, email support@aisimplicityblueprint.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share", and tell us the email address you bought with. You can also limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Meta ad settings.
