Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AI Simplicity Blueprint at aisimplicityblueprint.com and anything you buy here. By buying or using the site, you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Hancock Digital Design, LLC is the seller. Our mailing address is 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203. You can reach us at support@aisimplicityblueprint.com.

What you are buying

Everything we sell is a digital product, such as a PDF guide. After you buy, you get a link by email to sign in and download your files. Nothing is shipped.

The guides are educational. They explain methods for using AI tools, and what you get from them depends on how you use them. We can't promise a particular result, price, or outcome.

Who can buy

For now, we sell only to buyers in the United States. If you are outside the United States, checkout is not available to you.

Prices and sales tax

Prices are shown before tax. Sales tax is added where it is required, and you see the exact total, tax included, before you pay. We use Stripe to calculate the tax.

Payment and your saved payment method

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

When you buy, your payment method is saved with Stripe for one purpose: so you can accept the extra offers we show you right after your purchase with a single click. We charge the saved payment method only for an offer you accept with that click. We do not charge it for anything else, and nothing is charged unless you click to accept.

Refunds

Our refund policy is on the refunds page. If we refund a purchase in full, your access to it ends.

Using what you buy

Your purchase is for your own use. Please don't resell, share, or publish the files.

Your account

There are no passwords. You sign in with a link we email to the address you bought with. Keep that email private, because anyone who has the link can sign in as you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
